7-month Parental Leave cover contract
We are looking for an Placemaking Manager who will create and facilitate an engaged and connected partnership and customer community across a number of premium assets in Melbourne CBD. The role is also responsible for delivering on our commitment to our client, by ensuring that bespoke experiences across all customer touch points are delivered.
This role will build strategic and valuable relationships with each of the customers’ key contacts, influencers and decision makers, determining their needs and delivering on them.
You will be responsible for the design and implementation of creative, fun and exciting marketing and communication strategies, as well as planning and hosting strategic events which will transform the buildings into inspiring, healthy and collaborative communities.
Here’s a snapshot of your day;
Manage the key touchpoints for customer engagement
Execute events and activations in a portfolio of commercial buildings
Manage partners and suppliers for events and activations
Manage and co-ordinate communications channels
Deliver on CBRE’s commitment to providing first class services to the customer
Build relationships with commercial community
Ensure that we deliver a bespoke guest experience across every aspect of the customer journey
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
Experience in Events Management and/or Marketing highly advantageous
Knowledge and application of communications and marketing strategies with an interest in the property industry
Impeccable standards of professionalism and a commitment to guest service
The ability to build robust working relationships with clients and colleagues
Experience collaborating with and influencing senior leaders and cross functional partners
The capacity to work autonomously to deliver results, and work across multiple project simultaneously
The ability to solve problems in a creative manner.
