What you will do:
Blueprint Interpretation:
Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and other written instructions with precision and accuracy.
Tool Operation:
Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment to perform assembly tasks efficiently.
Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory of products in workstations, ensuring all necessary components are available for assembly.
Quality Assurance:
Perform quality work checks to identify product defects and record any issues accurately.
Rework and repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
Safety and Cleanliness:
Adhere to established safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
Qualifications we require:
Typically requires a HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
Qualifications we prefer:
Prior manufacturing experience.
Prior mechanical assembly experience.
