What you will do:

  • Blueprint Interpretation:

  • Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and other written instructions with precision and accuracy.

  • Tool Operation:

  • Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment to perform assembly tasks efficiently.

  • Inventory Management:

  • Maintain inventory of products in workstations, ensuring all necessary components are available for assembly.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Perform quality work checks to identify product defects and record any issues accurately.

  • Rework and repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.

  • Safety and Cleanliness:

  • Adhere to established safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.

Qualifications we require:

  • Typically requires a HS diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position

Qualifications we prefer:

  • Prior manufacturing experience.

  • Prior mechanical assembly experience.
