Job Description Innova Integrated Supply Solutions Specialist 1153 Medina Rd, Medina, OH 44256 OSOFF Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time Innova Integrated Supply Solutions Specialist, your primary focus will be managing or collaborating in all aspects of implementation projects from start to finish including but not limited to, Innova's crib management software, procurement services, onsite operations, and payment processing, while providing customer service throughout the process. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Administering Innova's NovaPoint web application from the perspective of new implementations, user trainings, business best practices, and troubleshooting o Communicating, collaborating, and assisting with the implementations for supply chain solutions customers o Developing and communicating timelines, Gantt charts, training plans, training sessions, Standard operating procedures, and other project related resources o Supporting customer business review calls and assisting with training for the application conducting customer site assessments o Collaborating with regional sales specialists, account sales specialists and implementation specialists REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed o Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Lean, Supply Chain/Operations Management OR possess previous work experience in Sales, Account Management, Lean or Supply Chain o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite o Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Work independently as well as in a team environment o Willingness to travel o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY) o Pass a background check, required by a customer/contract serviced by this location PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Previous supply chain or procurement experience o Prior work experience in manufacturing, distribution or industrial sales o Prior work experience in creating and delivering presentations to executive level contacts ABOUT INNOVA: Founded in 2020, Innova Supply Chain Solutions, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fastenal Company.
