Responsibilities
Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance schedules and inventory. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions with precision. Assist customers in the retail environment, providing knowledgeable support regarding products and services. Apply retail math principles to analyze sales data and assist in market assessments. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a collaborative work atmosphere. Support automotive service operations by coordinating with technicians and ensuring parts availability. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance operational efficiency. Skills
Proficiency in CMMS software for effective inventory management. Strong understanding of market trends and retail dynamics. Experience with inventory control systems and practices. Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Competence in retail math to assist in sales analysis and reporting. Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting tasks.
