Navigator RN *On-Call*
The Breast Health Navigator (BHN) serves as a consistent resource for patients as they navigate from screening through the diagnostic pathway of breast care by answering questions, calming fears, delivering results, and providing referral assistance as requested. The Breast Health Navigator is a Registered Nurse (RN) with a professional background in breast health, post-surgical nursing, case management, and / or breast cancer.

Required Qualifications:
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Certification as a Breast Health Navigator upon hire, or within 2 years of hire into position.
3 years of experience, preferably within women's health, i.e. breast health, oncology, and/or surgical services.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Coursework/Training: Breast health related education.
Breast health related planning, case management or similar experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
