Description

We have an EXCITING opportunity for a contract HR Recruiter in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. This role is centered around the need for a proactive professional who can handle the demands of a fast-paced work environment. The HR Recruiter will be expected to perform tasks related to calling candidates, conducting phone screens, extending offers, updating the HR system, and scheduling interviews.

Entry level candidates with a business degree are encouraged to apply!

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

**Location: 100% On-Site in Mechanicsburg, PA

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates and perform initial screening processes

• Handle phone screens to assess candidate's suitability for various roles

• Extend job offers to successful candidates in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain the HR system by updating records with candidate information and recruitment progress

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses

• Utilize skills in Documentation, Hiring Processes, and Corporate Recruiting to effectively perform all tasks

• Demonstrate resilience and grit in navigating the complexities of the recruitment process

• Promote the company to potential candidates, effectively selling the benefits and opportunities of the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Recruitment, Sales, and related experience needed.

• Demonstrable knowledge of the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.

• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.

• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
