Adecco US, Inc. Production Operator in Mechanic Falls, Maine
Join our dynamic team as a Production Operator and play a pivotal role in our production processes. You will operate a range of basic machinery and assemble products while emphasizing safety, efficiency, and quality. This position offers growth opportunities through progressive responsibilities in Mechanic Falls, Maine.
Great Schedules: 4-day week(Mon-Thurs), 6:30am-5pm
2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 5pm-1:30am
Pay: $18-$21 depending on skill level (+$2 differential for 2nd shift)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform various production tasks, including gluing, weaving, and assembly.
Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and address defects or issues.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area to minimize hazards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-year manufacturing experience to include basic machine operation.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Competencies:
Strong attention to detail with precision in repetitive tasks.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable with a strong attendance record and positive attitude.
Proficiency in using and reading measuring tools.
Ability to set up basic equipment accurately and efficiently.
Math Skills
Active participation in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Experience operating manufacturing machines
Ability to support new team members effectively.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
