Summary:
The Department Pool RN responsibilities include:
RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
RN Pool position fills needs within Surgery/OR, Cardiovascular Surgery/CVOR, Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology, Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care/PCICU and Pediatric Intensive Care/PICU departments
For this position, we strongly prefer at least 18 months RN experience in the Operating Room.
