Key Responsibilities:

• Status Reports: Develop regular status reporting for Department-level leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partners

• Meeting Management: Manage and track multiple meetings, capture-minutes, and support documentation reviews

• Tracking Program Requirements: Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements

• Maintain Correspondence Documentation: Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums

• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing

Work Environment:

• Location: On-site

• Travel Requirements: Minimal

• Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

• Security Clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years

• Agile Worker: Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously and dynamically pivot priorities based on leadership guidance

• Understand Technical Concepts: Ability to understand and document technical concepts

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and deadlines efficiently

• Resourceful: Resourceful and capable of finding solutions to unforeseen issues

• Engage and Drive Projects: Ability to proactively engage and drive technology projects forward independently or as part of a team

• Communication: Excellent communication {written and verbal) and organizational skills

• Microsoft Office: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Desired:

• Customer Experience: Demonstrated field experience supporting the Sponsor and the mission

• Cable Writing: Cable writing experience

• Senior Level Management: Prior experience supporting senior level management

• Working across Organizations: Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission
