Responsible for IT system planning, project execution, and on-going IT system management; Supervise outside ERP consultants and programmers on a regular basis and evaluate their performance; Review ERP standard rules and processes and supervise localization work; Advise Companys executives on technological developments that will help improve management to optimize factory operation and derive systematic business insight; Manage and execute an analytics programs that will allow Zinus business leaders to make data-based decisions; Prepare and monitor technology operating budgets that meet objectives and constraints; Develop and maintain a plan for seamless transfer of Zinus Koreas technology and management software to the new operation and work out any adjustment issues; Maintain oversight of all technology projects, ensuring that they are properly planned, monitored and managed; Stay abreast of the advancing technology in the market; Review, recommend, and oversee all IT vendors and manage IT service agreements for computing, telecommunications, technology services, and automation equipment.

Requirement: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT planning and management of domestic and international trade. Experience must include the following: plan and execute company-wide IT systems; design ERP processes to automate and manage business goals; and integration of SAP processes of a global company.
