What You'll Do:

  • Lead preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety.

  • Use CMMS to streamline maintenance schedules.

  • Diagnose and solve system issues, supporting our maintenance crew.

  • Keep our PDM system in check with updates and troubleshooting.

  • Partner with the General Manager for equipment analysis and cost-effective operations.

  • Oversee projects, managing budgets up to $11M.

  • Direct and develop maintenance staff, ensuring effective installation, maintenance, and repair.

  • Handle multiple projects, monitor machine downtime, and oversee parts inventory.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic skills.

  • Proven success in process development and operational efficiency.

  • Project management expertise with budget handling.

  • OSHA safety training or accreditation preferred.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Team player with a decisive mindset.

salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence of all wash processes, maximizing machine efficiency, scheduling planned machine maintenance, and engagement in CAPEX projects within service center. Partner with General Manager to offer guidance and oversight of local maintenance staff to ensure effective maintenance and operation of plant and wash equipment.

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree preferred.

  • Demonstrated aptitude in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic applications.

  • Process development experience and proven record in operational success in balancing cost, quality, and performance.

  • Ability to develop and manage project plans with budget for multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Documented OSHA safety training and/or accreditation strongly preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle high volume operational requirements.

  • Familiar with applicable federal and state laws pertaining to wage and hours, employee relations and safety.

  • Computer literacy required, including proficiency in standard business applications included in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proven Ability to work/develop and effective team within a high-volume 24-hour production/warehouse environment.

  • Excellent on time decision making skills.
