Here's what we are looking for: A great attitude and a drive for continuously improving A team member who lives what we believe General Summary: To produce the highest quality of cleanliness in the food service facilities. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Must be familiar with all chemicals and the surfaces that these chemicals are used upon. Must be familiar with varied pieces of equipment used to perform cleaning within the facility. Duties include the deep cleaning of all kitchen equipment, supplies and surfaces within the food service kitchens. Cleaning of all china, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, baking pans and utensils for all scheduled food and beverage activities. Make note of all items requiring maintenance such as painting, wallpaper repairs, electrical problems, unsafe conditions and reports to manager. Keeps all refrigerators organized and clean; rotating stock as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned by manager. The duties and responsibilities of this position are not limited to this description and the Utility Person may perform a combination of other functions when needed. Physical Demands: Frequently standing, bending, stooping, and climbing. Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds Must be able to work with minimum direct supervision Must be able to climb a ladder to clean high surfaces A valid driver's license required with the ability to operate company owned vans or light trucks and the ability to operate a golf cart
