Workload will be determined by clinic's | | appointment schedule, clinic staffing levels and the needs and | | priorities of the outpatient clinics. Must be willing to be | | reassigned within clinic or willing to float to another clinic. | | Assignment to another clinic is possible and is established by daily | | review of overall outpatient clinics appointment schedules and | | staffing needs. The Clinic LPN will be assigned up to 40 hours per | | week according to the needs of the clinic and staff. Some weekend | | work may be required. The Clinic LPN is expected to function within | | the LPN's scope of approved policies, procedures, and regulations for | | the clinic and organization. Will be responsible to assist the | | Clinic RN and Office Manager with orientation and preceptorship for | | clinic technicians and clerical staff assigned to clinic. Must be | | able to work and relate in a professional, non-defensive manner with | | peers, physicians, administration, patients, and visitors. Will be | | responsible to document clinic patient care given, assist with review | | and maintenance of patient chart per clinic policy, and assist with | | accurate and timely entry of patient data, orders, and charges into | | computer system.
