Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma On Call Table Games Dealer - McAlester Casino in McAlester, Oklahoma
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Table Games Dealer deals all table games following gaming rules and regulations. You will report to the Table Games Supervisor.
Pay Rate: $7.00 per hour + Tips. 3 Month Tip Average: $34.35 | This is an On Call position and does not qualify for benefits. Some organization perks still apply such as access to employee health benefits, complimentary gym access, and associate dining privileges for roles based at sites with such facilities. Typical shifts will fall between 4:00pm to 12:00am, 7 days per week. | Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position. | This position is a Non-Restricted On Call position. |
Primary Tasks :
You will review and communicate table game activities with supervisors and managers.
Answer customer or public inquiries regarding general gaming procedures, and payouts
Clean work areas as designated by management
Need to verify identification of customers when needed.
You will need to sign and date all paperwork
Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
Assist with other tasks as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
1+ years of experience handling large volumes of cash
Apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions)
Must be customer-focused and maintain a positive atmosphere and informative.
Prior experience in direct customer contact
