Actalent Energy Project Manager in Mays Landing, New Jersey
In this pivotal role, you will:
Evaluate the scope of work, schedules, and budget requirements on projects developed both internally and externally
Serve as a crucial liaison between our company and outside regulatory agencies, utilities, and engineering firms to coordinate project management requirements
Act as the primary point of contact with Owners, Subcontractors, and Consultants
Conduct data collection and project reporting, publishing comprehensive monthly reports to the Owner
Review and provide technical and economic evaluations of new proposals
Collaborate with the Project Development team to support proposal submissions, project interviews, and the development of prime contracts
To excel in this dynamic position, you will need:
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Energy, or a Construction-related specialty
Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in ENERGY conservation projects and construction management
A strong understanding of energy savings calculations and expectations for energy performance contracts
Extensive experience in construction project management and a deep understanding of the commercial construction landscape
Familiarity with construction protocols in New York and New Jersey
Additionally, we offer a hybrid flex schedule, allowing you to work 3 days on-site and 2 days remotely, as well as ample opportunities for internal growth and promotion.
