Massapequa Public Schools - Technology Teachers and Aspiring Technology Teachers
Following an initial search for a Technology Certified Teacher, we are expanding our search to welcome candidates from other certification areas who demonstrate a strong interest and passion for teaching various subjects, coursework, and/or project-based student learning. This includes but is not limited to Technology grade 6, media, apps, gaming, innovation, and basic coding. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professional development, with dedicated support and time allocated towards obtaining a NYS technology certification within a specified timeframe.
Qualifications:
Candidates must either:
Hold valid NYS Certification in Technology Education, OR
Hold valid NYS Certification in Elementary Education or other instructional area AND be interested and willing to acquire NYS Certification in Technology Education within two years
