TITLE: Engineer III
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
DUTIES: Develop and own list of final enhancements. Develop and define application scope and objectives and prepare technical and functional specifications with which programs will be written. Perform technical design reviews and code reviews. Coordinate on call support and ensure effective monitoring of systems. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the development team. Coordinate with other teams to effectuate the change request process. Oversee technical testing to ensure unit test is completed and meet test plan requirements, system testing is completed and system is implemented according to plan. (REF #838282)
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Three (3) years of experience in related occupation(s).
Three (3) years of experience must include: Experience in J2EE and Spring framework; Experience with DB like Relational DB and/or Mongo DB; Experience with looking at the requirements and work on design documents; Experience in various design patterns in Java/JDK framework; Participate in meetings with development teams to ensure alignment with business specifications; and Coordinate meetings with the development team, business teams, and Product Owner to evaluate project progress and ensure alignment with business specifications.
