Job Title: Quality Engineer
Job Description
Join our Vehicle Quality Department, dedicated to addressing market quality issues related to automotive manufacturing plants. As a Quality Engineer, you will lead a team of 5 in resolving factory outflow quality issues, acting as a subject matter expert. Your role involves promoting the customer voice to enhance product quality, investigating issues to identify root causes, and coordinating with responsible departments to implement countermeasures and containment activities for the complete body unit.
Hard Skills
Mechanical Engineering Degree
Automotive Understanding
Quality Co-Op or 1+ year of experience
Soft Skills
Ability to analyze market information
Develop countermeasures for manufacturing issues
Create and present technical reports
Perform product audits
Support and complete related projects
Develop field repair techniques with Sales/Service divisions
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Marysville, Ohio.
Work Environment
Work hours with an average of 1 hour/day of overtime. Weekend work and production support as needed. Ability to travel domestically and internationally. Daily job function variability in environments including Open Office, Production Line, and Outdoor.
