About the Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director Nurse Readiness, you'll support the objectives and implementation of commercial go-to-market strategies. Specifically, Nurse Readiness solutions in the North America region. The Senior Commercial Manager will drive forward, operationalize, and execute Go-To-Market and commercial strategies. In order to drive profitable growth and commercial success for the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and driving forward Nurse Readiness solutions commercial Go-To-Market approach to power growth, strengthening an effective infrastructure for long-term success.

  • Defining and executing customer segment-based Go-To-Market strategies. Bringing customer and market perspective to the prioritization of product and digital content roadmaps, fostering strategic customer and partner relationships.

  • Developing collaborative working relationships with Global Commercial Strategy, Product, Content, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales and other teams. Including externalrelationships with key customers and partners to pursue overall business goals.

  • Supporting the North American Sales team with Nurse Readiness solutions, developing and implementing the portfolio’s strategy across key market segments.

  • Leading Execution of market launches for Nurse Readiness solutions with Global Commercial Strategy and Solution. (Features, identifying & partnering with pilot customers driving user validated product launches and migrations.)

  • Leveraging customer and market insights to provide input and influence market strategies, product roadmaps as well as identify M&A targets.

Requirements

  • Have a college education with Industry experience in healthcare market domains.

  • Understand nursing markets in North American with focus on providers and other commercial organizations.

  • Able to work successfully in a matrixed environment and able to lead through demonstration, commitment, and understand our marketplace.

  • Understand the needs of our customers and buildrelationships to achieve results.

  • Demonstrate success in forming compelling market strategies and meeting customer needs whiledelivering on financial commitments in a fast-changing market.

  • Have business and financial acumen with consultative selling abilities, excellent communication skills with senior leaders and customers. Paired with strategic thinking and outstanding execution focus.

  • Able to proactively and continuously identify areas for improvement and develop supplemented solutions.
