Night Shift Production Lead

This is a FT Direct Hire position

Are you looking for leadership work with a growing manufacturing organization? Do you bring leadership experience in plastics extrusion manufacturing?

In this role you will:

• Operate assigned machines and equipment

• Lead hourly production staff and report to the Production Supervisor

• Coach, mentor and train direct reports in the absence of the Supervisor

• Ensure a safe and clean work environment

• Provide basic machine troubleshooting skills

• Be responsible for meeting productions goals and quality standards

Interested? Well qualified candidates will bring:

• 2+ years of experience leading manufacturing or production-oriented teams

• Some college preferred, but not required

• Previous experience in plastic extrusion

• Ability to work a 2-2-3 shift, including weekends
