Brief Statement of Duties
Brief Statement of Duties:
Provide leadership for undergraduate advising and campus wide student success efforts. Leverage data and effective practices and work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students to develop, implement, assess, and/or refine various systems, policies, and processes to support students' holistic needs. Serve as champion for the success of all students, helping to reduce, and ultimately eliminate, institutional performance (equity) gaps and to increase degree completion.

Required Minimum Work Experience:
Seven years of progressively responsible work experience within academic advising or student success offices at an institution of higher education, including at least two years of professional staff supervision.
