Position summary

Achieve Picture of Success in the assigned geography and clientele of the Retail Channel in Attica for all Nestlé products.

A day in the life …

  • Improve the visibility, ensure availability of stock & accessibility of Nestlé products on the shelves

  • Cultivate & maintain trustful relationships with store managers & key personnel

  • Execution of Planned Promotions at store level as per Customers’ Plan

  • Order Taking for door-to-door customers

  • Actively seek out & negotiate new sales opportunities through 2nd placements

  • Effective communication with internal Key Stakeholders & immediate feedback for market updates

  • Merchandising & Control over the quality of products on shelves (i.e. expiration dates, FiFo, packaging)

  • Collaborate with team members & external partners to deliver results

What makes you successful

  • University Degree in Business, Marketing or any other related field

  • Postgraduate studies in Marketing or MBA would be a plus

  • Any commercial experience would be considered as an asset

  • Results focus, Initiative, Proactive cooperation

  • Fast learner and passion for sales

  • Communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills

  • PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook)

  • Fluency in Greek & English

  • Experience in SAP would be an advantage

  • Driving license is a prerequisite
