Job Description

nsight Global is looking for a Associate Director, Patient Support Solutions (PSS)

The Associate Director oversees Program Managers (PMs) and is responsible for client operations, contractual agreements, and program delivery.

Seeking a candidate with long-term dedication to the role, who is family-oriented, happy, outgoing, well-spoken, and has strong client management and leadership experience.

The role involves overseeing and growing client relationships and managing five Program Managers.

Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, either on the vendor side or pharma side, is preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong soft skills, the ability to navigate problems, plan ahead, and manage a heavy workload.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management:

  Support business growth and customer relationships.

  Assist PMs with objectives, goals, and program development.

  Negotiate and execute contracts and agreements.

  Incorporate client feedback for program improvements.

  Share strategic market insights and lead projects.

  Maintain confidentiality and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders.

Operations:

  Provide leadership and delegate tasks to meet objectives.

  Monitor KPIs, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics.

  Facilitate audits and support program development.

  Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial responsibilities.

  Ensure quality assurance and compliance with reporting obligations.

  Oversee technological updates and CRM upgrades.

Human Resources:

  Support team leadership and development.

  Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance reviews.

  Lead and mentor PMs, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to standards.

  Participate in Health & Safety activities and implement Modified Work Programs.

  Develop and deliver employee training.

Skills and Requirements

Education:

  Graduate of Registered Nursing Program or any other Registered Health Care field with current registration with a regulatory college, OR

  Business graduate discipline in any field (College diploma, Undergraduate, Graduate).

Experience:

  At least five years of progressive responsibility with recent experience in pharmaceutical program management.

  Demonstrated ability to interpret and integrate policies and procedures.

  Solid track record in conducting adult education initiatives and proven track record as a program project manager.

  Demonstrates time management skills and the ability to evaluate urgent situations and make appropriate decisions.

  Excellent communicator.

  Valid drivers license and willingness to undertake out-of-town travel as required.

  Working knowledge of French language is an asset. Proficient in applying GvP principles and practices.

  Knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of business development.

  Operations and service delivery.

  Financial management and control.

  Program development, implementation, and evaluation.
