Do you see yourself as part of a global organization, where you will fix issues and support end-users? Join us as our new IT Support Specialist at our site in Marinette, WI! In this role, you will become part of our NA Field IT. As a driven and proactive IT Specialist, you will be required to handle a variety of assignments whilst mainly supporting the High Production with 1500 users. How you will do it Provide level 1.5 and level 2 end-user support, as well as manage our ticket queue in collaboration with our Virtual TechHut support group and other team members in North America. Create and resolve incident and service requests, report errors and troubleshoot with next level IT teams or third-party partners Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, Servers, UPS, VoIP, printers and scanners) to ensure efficient workstation performance Solve problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance...
