JOB REQUIREMENTS: Electrical Engineer In this role, you will: * Partner with asset teams to develop sustainable processes to maintain the health of our systems, as well as to build capability to become a site-wide subject matter expert. As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you\'ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. The individual will report to the Marinette Engineering Manager. Responsibilities: * Lead, coach, and mentor team members to increase technical understanding and ability to execute programs to improve Marinette\'s business results. * Flow to work as part of the Mill Team. Expected to be able to support Utilities, Distribution, Converting, Manufacturing, Automation Control and Network Systems activities across the mill. * Carry out all job responsibilities in a safe manner. Develop equipment and processes that meet safety codes, policies, and guidelines. Provide for the safety and well-being of operators, maintenance, contractors and other personnel. * Lead single or multiple capital or major maintenance projects with a financial scope of up to \$10 million from conception through commercialization. * Provide functional guidance in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and processes to meet site objectives. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university. * 2+ years of relevant working experience. * Flexibility to work in a manufacturing environment with a 24/7 operation. * Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic only) as dictated by business need for meetings, machine install or start-up support, benchmarking or best practice sharing. * Ability to lead and facilitate problem solving across teams to achieve desired results. * Ability to influence across all levels in the organization and work to drive teamwork across organization.
