POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for leading Academic Coaching and Tutoring efforts, along with serving as a back up to the Assessment and Test Center on the Marinette Campus. Essential Functions Statement(s) Provide timely, high quality customer service to internal and external customers, in particular students needing to be connected to Coaching resources and testing. Actively participate and attend staff meetings, communicate updates to the Marinette campus community pertaining to Academic Coaching, and the Assessment and Test Center. Assist the Academic Coaching team with administrative duties, including maintaining accurate reporting. Administer and proctor a variety of tests and assessments including but not limited to the following (TABE, Accuplacer, Instructor exams, HESI, etc.). Admit candidates in strict accordance with Exam Sponsor guidelines Ensure test security and secure testing environment. Maintain confidentiality of student/tester data and information. Learn and utilize testing software systems use for delivering exams. Update database systems with student and testing data. Troubleshoot and resolve problems. Maintain computers, printers and related equipment used for testing. Serve as liaison to the public, faculty, staff and testers to provide testing information and technical assistance that ensures secure, valid and consistent testing practices and procedures. Establish and maintain effective internal and external customer relationships. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years\' customer service experience working with various population groups *Test administration experience preferred but not necessary **An equivalent combination of work experience and education may be considered.
