JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *Provides parents/caregivers of infants/toddlers 0 through 2 years of age with information and support enabling them to actively participate in the development and implementation of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) within the home and natural environments.  Performs evaluations/assessments to determine eligibility and developmental status, acts as direct service provider, assists in preparing for transition process to least restrictive early childhood/preschool program, maintains appropriated records/documentation of services provided as required in accordance with policy and procedures of the WCBDD. Will also represent the program in a positive light and perform other duties as assigned. *QUALIFICATIONS:  Must possess, at a minimum, a Bachelor Degree with validation in Early Intervention or possess Early Intervention certification; experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities with emphasis on the infant/young child and their families/care givers
