Hours and Benefits for the Accounting Manager:
Monday-Friday, 7 am-4 pm
Hybrid schedule
$75k-$80,000/year

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:
Maintain general ledger and journal entries
Reconcile and audit credit card statements, expense reports
Collaborate with the team regarding customer credit reports and decisions
Prepare purchase orders and reconcile inventory balances
Assist with payroll for US and Canadian employees, including commission calculations
Complete financial reporting every month
Assist with the preparation of annual budgeting and forecasting
Requirements for the Accounting Manager:
B.S in Accounting or related field
5 years of accounting experience
Financial reporting and forecasting experience
Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
Strong communication skills, with the ability to be a self-starter
