QC Direct Mail, Inc., is seeking to hire a Production Process Specialist with 24 months of experience in Manufacturing or Process Specialist, or related fields. The candidate will be required to operate as the primary handler for complex client requests, using specialized resources; advise production manager on equipment and assistant requirements for specific tasks; monitor projects through production and manufacturing; oversee loading and unloading of machines and conveyances; monitor and assist in machinery operations for production; inspect products to confirm quality standards; initiate and oversee production processes; identify and report equipment malfunctions; assist production workers with tasks and maintain equipment; review and optimize the companys internal processes: digital printing, folding, insertion, tabbing, and sealing; be responsible for ensuring that all shipping, cost, quality, and safety goals are met; recommend and lead the implementation of changes to processes to achieve efficiencies through the use of technology.
