Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a(n) Plant Project Sr Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Lead and guide project teams to develop and deliver project plans and critical Transition Agreement timelines. This includes ramp-down and start-up of equipment and/or distribution operations and successful operations in new locations.Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes. Accountable for applying these strategies during oversite of budgeting and timely execution of projects.Ensure effective cross-functional communication and coordination between engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and business teams.Responsible to collaborate with engineering and finance to ensure budgets and total financial impacts are properly incorporated into operating and strategic plans, as well as explain any departures from planEnsure your team(s) are equipped for success and providing required project updates and escalations to required leadership and key stakeholders.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 4 years of Continuous Improvement and/or Project Management experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND 8 years of Continuous Improvement and/or Project Management experienceANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Eight (8) years or more of Manufacturing operations experience in a complex global manufacturing environment with at least three (2) years working in global supply chainsExperience with global industry standards such as ISO and quality toolsStrong project/program management skillsThree (3) years' supervisory or leadership experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong negotiating skills - and business, contract language and financial acumen with an understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, strategy development and managing stakeholders in both SpinCo and ParentCo.Master's degree in business administration, engineering or logistics and supply chain anagement from an accredited institutionA CI Certification (BB, MBB) and/or Project Management Professional CertificationExcellent verbal and written communicationsStrong program management and problem-solving skills, and collaboration across teams, functions, and organizationWork location:RemoteTravel: May include up to 10% domestic or international travelRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
