Wellspring Community Support Services Certified Peer Specialist in Mansfield, Pennsylvania
Wellspring Community Support Services is hiring individuals who have or have had a mental health diagnosis. These individuals will be trained as Certified Peer Support Specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication with individuals with their own mental health diagnosis
- Implement and review service plans
- Collaborate with other service providers and support agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Participate in supervision weekly
Qualifications:
- A history of having a mental health diagnosis
- An understanding of how to move forward despite having a mental health diagnosis
- A high school diploma or GED
- A driver's license with a clean driving record
- A current or relatively recent work history (including volunteer work)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good computer skills
Must be 18 years or older
