Reyes Holdings Field Facilities Maintenance Trainee in Manor, Texas
Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Field Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee to help with repairs and racking maintenance throughout the region based out of the Manor, TX facility. This position requires the ability to travel 60-80% across multiple sites throughout our region.
Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-Hours may vary-Occasional weekends Pay: $23.00-$24.00/HR based on experience and qualifications

Position Responsibilities:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee works alongside maintenance technicians to perform preventative maintenance that meets regulations, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting on building equipment
You will be r esponsible for remodeling and refurbishing interior and exterior property while keeping areas clean and organized
Facilities Maintenance Technician Trainee s m onito r and m aintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts inventory
This role also u se s a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks , i ncluding o perat ing a forklift to a ssist in heavy lifting maintenance procedures and repairs
O ther duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 plus years of related experience
M ust be at least 18 years old
Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift 100 pounds
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Preferred Education and Experience:
Technical School Certification
