Manager Internal Control System (m/f/d)
Location: Mannheim

Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and development of the internal control system.
Supervision of certain legal entities and regions with regard to the monitoring and implementation of relevant controls.
Process optimization and efficiency improvement of existing processes as well as the establishment of new control standards.
Monitoring of the risk landscape and appropriate integration into the existing internal control system.
Identification of company-specific risks and development of appropriate mitigation measures.
Independent evaluation of control documentation and identification of areas for improvement.
Provide training on the internal control system and disseminate best practices.
Requirements
University degree in economics or equivalent (ideally a Master's degree).
Relevant professional experience in an industrial or consulting company is an advantage.
Profound knowledge of internal control and compliance systems and their application and review.
Strong initiative and ability to identify and drive improvement opportunities.
Understanding of processes and ability to analyze them holistically.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and independent way of working.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; SAP skills a plus.
Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
Willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international business travel.
