Hyatt Room Service Manager in MANILA, Philippines

We are looking for a well-experienced Room Service Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s in-room dining department. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the outlet operations while providing exceptional customer service and product presentation.

You will ensure that the department operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining a level of service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt. You will be responsible for the optimal utilization of resources and ensure that associates are equipped with the proper product and service training that will allow them to be their best every day.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

  • Progressive career in F&B Service gained in a 5-star luxury property, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in occupational health and safety standards

  • Superior communication and customer service skills

  • Strong management and leadership capabilities

  • Passion for working with people
