RELX INC Lead Management Specialist in Manila, Philippines

Job Summary:

As a Lead Management Specialist at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination between marketing and sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the timely and accurate delivery of leads from various lead intake sources through our marketing automation platform (Eloqua), and to our CRM (Salesforce). You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure leads are associated with the correct campaign and assigned to the appropriate marketing or sales representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track any issues, errors, or bugs related to lead delivery, identifying patterns, and proposing potential solutions.

  • Assist the marketing team in lead management by constructing insightful reports and dashboards.

  • Serve as a knowledge resource for marketers, providing guidance and answers to inquiries about leads.

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to normalize and format data for input into Eloqua and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Monitor lead queue of inbound leads from website for leads that were unable to be assigned. Evaluate data quality of leads and assign as appropriate.

  • Assist with an audit of our website forms to ensure accurate campaign codes and lead ratings are assigned to each form. Maintain a log of all forms on our website and the campaign code and lead rating assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and marketing automation platforms.

  • Proficiency in generating and interpreting reports to drive actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel to format / transform data.

  • Previous experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including V-lookup is preferable.

  • 4-year College Degree (preferably in Marketing or Business). MBA preferred.

  • 3-5 years marketing experience

  • Financial Services and/or technology industry experience preferred.

  • Highly numerate and strong quantitative analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

  • Strong project management skills with a results oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.
