Facilities Management
Develop and maintain positive and strong relationships with client key stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships and train vendors ensuring in providing the service excellence with competitive pricing.
Oversee PPM, Extra Work and CAPEX assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors per KPI and Service Level Agreement.
Plan and manage annual budget in Fixed Maintenance Service Cost, OPEX and CAPEX.
Be proactive in assessing current facilities and equipment conditions and responding the incident in timely manner.
QHSE Management
Possess ‘Safety First’ mindset considering the work environment in the industrial logistic industry.
Comply with country regulations and implement up to date QHSE policies when managing the facilities and equipment.
Comply with account specific QSHE requirement such as vendor induction, RAMS/JSA, vendor competencies, vendor performance review, etc.
Manage Facilities Management and QHSE documents up to date preparing to both CBRE and client internal audit.
Supervise administrative tasks performed by Facilities Coordinator on monthly HSE inspection, safety observation and incident report records.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
With at least 5 years experience in Facilities Management
With driver's license
With fire safety related work experience
Multinational company working experience preferred
