Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a projects or collection of projects. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for all aspects of assigned CRAD, Tech Demo, and/or Development programs including execution (cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, inventory management, and customer engagement) and ensuring program commitments are met, having the authority to make cogent and timely decisions related to the project.
Acts as primary point of contact between BAE Systems and the customer program office, suppliers, and key customer stakeholders.
Responsible and accountable to the Business Segment Management for program execution, profitability, timeliness, and overall success. Makes decisions that are cost effective to the company and ensures assigned projects meet financial commitments for orders, sales, profit and cash flow.
Leads or participates in the creation of new business strategies, product roadmaps and captures including development of strategic and financial plans. Leads the development and delivery of new business captures and proposals

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Demonstrated experience leading and inspiring diverse teams in a high tempo environment
Successful, proven past performance in leading and managing multi-discipline programs
Experience in managing complex development projects and/or Integrated Product Teams
Expertise Managing Life Cycle Management Programs
Very strong presentation and organizational skills
Highly adaptable with a high degree of initiative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
New Business Capture Lead experience / Proposal manager experience
Experience in electronic warfare and dispenser technologies
10 years work experience or equivalent experience
Secret Clearance with Investigation within 5 Years
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
Master in Engineering and/or Business Administration
Experience in business case development, analysis, and presentation
Detailed knowledge of the aerospace market
Top Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
