Hologic are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager - Connectivity to drive business growth and market share within strategic accounts focusing on software and connectivity.
As the Senior Key Account Manager - Connectivity you will be responsible for delivering against relevant performance targets and provision of excellence in customer relationship management and customer support.
Your Impact:
Develop and execute strategic account and business plans that align with the company and clients objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organisations, including decision-makers and influencers focusing on IT and connectivity departments.
Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and risks associated with key accounts.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and other key performance indicators. Actively generate and pursue new business opportunities in the territory alongside Applications and Technical Teams.
Identify and resolve issues promptly.
Set expectations for the customer to ensure that the design, implementation, and future state workflow are reflective of any pre-sale communication.
Master Hologic connected systems, software and technology geared towards education on workflow efficiency, and integration simplification within the customer environment.
Be an effective representative for and positive promotion of the Hologic brand.
What You'll Bring:
Strong sales skills and proven track record in key account management, including the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth within key accounts/networks/ purchasing groups.
An in depth understanding of the medical device industry, including regulatory requirements, product development cycles, and healthcare systems.
Demonstrate an understanding of the processes and regulations in customer working environment especially in relation to cyber security, imaging informatics (PACS, RIS, Reporting), vendor capabilities and compatibility.
Familiarity with industry programmes and systems including digital imaging and communications (DICOM) in medicine, HL7 standards and IHE strategics.
Awareness of the competitive environment including competitor products, strategies, market position and vendor offerings in relation to PACS / RIS.
Lead by example, inspire confidence among team members through coaching and mentoring, and drive results through collaborative efforts.
