Description
Lead the planning and execution of MEO Satellite Ground Station projects Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met Develop project charter and scope Project initiation, kick-off, life cycle management i.e. PDR/CDR and Final Data Package handover to the customer and Operations lead Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards and regulations maintaining the highest level of quality and safety Provide regular project updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment Interface towards the customer in support of the PMO for all the GW Implementation Scope & execution Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and delivery ensuring project is completed on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements and solve complex issues Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring best practices are followed in network design, system integration, and problem resolution Coordinating and managing stakeholders to set clear expectations, monitor progress, and drive accountability for milestones and deliverables

A Master's degree is a plus Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
