We are looking for a shipping specialist to gather requirements, plan, package, ship, communicate, and inspect all shipments for delivery. This role requires outside-the-box thinking and problem-solving. It also requires great verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external personnel. Responsibilities

The Production/Logistics Associate will work in a consumer goods warehouse with a team of 8+ employees and

will perform a variety of shipping and receiving tasks. These tasks include, but are not limit to:

 Same day packing and shipping of all orders with 100% accuracy

 Generating packing lists, bills of lading, invoices and shipping documents, including T3s

 Packing orders and process billing through Macola/Wisys software

 Receiving product, printing barcode labels, and labeling inventory

 Check inventory and order shipping material to ensure enough is available.

 Processing repairs and returns.

 Complying with customers routing instructions

 Picking inventory for new orders

 Reviewing packing lists and ensuring the correct items are shipped out to customers.

 Restock all shipping material and prepare for the next business day.

 Assist with inventory cycle counts.

 Work closely with Product Development, Sales, Accounting, and other operational departments.

 Kit assembly

 Responsible for assembling, calibrating, testing, reworking, and packaging ophthalmic medical devices.
