Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor highly escalated customer-reported issue-defects and facilitate the assignment of appropriate NS Product engineers to address them promptly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure critical issues are resolved efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering effective collaboration

  • Understand and adhere to the internal process for NetSuite’s defect life cycle, adapting to any changes and identifying any flaws that may impact the team's objectives

  • Utilize available tools for issue-defect troubleshooting to gain a deeper understanding of reported problems and determine the best course of action for resolution. Ability to debug JavaScript and good general knowledge about NetSuite as a product are huge advantage

  • Review inquiries from colleagues across different departments, providing timely responses and following up on requests as needed

  • Evaluate issue resolutions to craft customer-facing statements that explains the root causes of highly impactful issues to customers with clarity.
