Regional Program Management Assistant

What the day will look like

  • Set up and design of event management platforms as required.

  • Support colleagues in team to keep all event platforms running successfully and aid across all operating platforms.

  • Assist with front line technical or operating questions from clients and users.

  • Work with both internal and external business partners on content updates, reporting, event data and analytics.

  • Triage any technology issues and enhancements, manage internal IT SNOW tickets and resolution of technology issues.

  • Preparation of UAT plans and testing for technology deployments.

  • Training for clients both internal and external

  • General business administration support.

  • Involvement in all activities as instructed to support the success of all Aon Events.

    As part of a Health Solutions (HS) regional the role is to work with in Regional Health and in country teams to set up and manage various versions of the Aon event platform. The role will also work with internal stakeholders and external business partners to coordinate the development, maintenance and content requirements for those platforms. The role will also provide administrative and business support to the Regional Program Director.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Degree holder (preferably in Marketing or Communications)

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a marketing team

  • Experience in insurance sector an advantage

  • Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

  • Good command of English with ability to develop persuasive copy

  • Curious, and eager to learn

  • Able to work across diverse cultures

  • Proactive in taking ownership and driving initiatives to completion
