ADP HRO Comprehensive Services Payroll Payroll Support Representative in Makati City, Philippines
– Client Facing with Assigned Non-Comp Payroll Client Base – Works in an inbound phone support model – Provides WFN/AutoPay Payroll Technology Support – Supports General PR, HR & Benefit Questions – Supports Payroll Processing Questions and Issues – Conducts Initial Issue Troubleshooting – Works with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Self-Starter (important as we are still working virtually) • Above Average Communication Skills (verbal and written) – articulate clearly and effectively; educate/coach clients • Tech Savvy-able to learn new systems quickly in this virtual environment. Upwards of 10 different internal systems, utilize 3-4 at one time while resolving for our client. • Problem-Solver – logical proficient and resourceful • Customer Service - call handling, empathy, able to provide options, foresee future pain-points • Decision-making – flexibility based on client’s needs, • Attention to Detail – to have the least possibility of overlooking both quantitative and qualitative data • Resilient-in high volume environment
