What the day will look like
Support colleagues on various animation projects ensuring strict adherence to project timeline and accuracy
Assist in the creation of animation templates for equity and compensation-related content
Prepare video marketing materials for internal and external use
Review the work of junior animators or interns
Assist in training junior animators and interns
Assist in ad hoc projects

Skills and experience that will lead to success
0 – 2 years of experience in animation or related field
Any level of proficiency in equity compensation topics
Good command of animation and graphic design principles
Strong written and oral communication skills, for interactions with clients and colleagues
Comfortable with the use and animation software and applications
Ability to collaborate well with colleagues in other offices in a fast-paced, team environment
