Matern Professional Engineering, Inc. Plumbing Designer in Maitland, Florida

We are looking for a Plumbing Designer to be involved with design for commercial office buildings, government facilities, K-12 Schools and healthcare facilities.
The designer will perform plumbing design calculations, sketches, isometric risers for sanitary and domestic water systems, technical comparisons and other technical work as required; coordinate project assignments with other engineers and technicians; review drawings supplied by vendors, clients, and engineers and architects and recommends necessary changes; research code issues and work with City, State, and County officials, and research design options and document findings for engineers.
Must have working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.Must be knowledgeable of NFPA codes. Word, Outlook and Excel familiarity. 5+ years experience and communication skills preferred.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum Months of Experience in Selected Occupation:60
