Description and Requirements
To ensure that the repetitive and mundane tasks for End User IT Operations Environment are automated through a set of applications which are integrated with each other and ITSM tool
Administer & Create Workflow in tool to Eliminate the Potential Incidents even before they hit the Service Desk from data points available in analyzed reports and Metrics.
Administration of Chat Bot Applications so as to ensure that the repetitive and mundane Conversations are automated.
Administration of Self-Help and Self Heal Application , work with OEM(s) for creating, developing & testing new solutions based on incident volumetrics
