Celonis Performance Marketing Lead in Madrid, Spain

As the Performance Marketing Lead at Make you will play a pivotal managerial role in developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition growth. This is a hands-on position where your expertise in creating and optimizing digital campaigns will be key to success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at growing our customer acquisition efforts
Manage a team of specialists responsible for different channels including SEO, Paid Ads, Partner Marketing, and Influencer Marketing
Set clear goals and KPIs for each team member and channel
Oversee campaign execution, budget allocation, and performance optimization across all channels
Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members
Analyze data and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals
Requirements:
3+ years experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team
Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, experience in SaaS businesses is preferred
Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, influencer marketing, and social media marketing principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
