We are proud of the recognition we have received from local and national organization regarding our culture and workplace: WPS Newsroom - Awards and Recognition Role Snapshot The HR Service Center Specialist is part of a centralized HR team of operational subject matter experts supporting the focus areas within the Human Resources and WPS employees. In addition, this shared services team acts as the point of contact for HR related inquiries from employees and leaders within the organization. This role provides the opportunity to own support, tracking, and other HR operational tasks while driving process improvements. This role ensures data integrity, and building documentation and resources to support knowledge sharing and collaboration. Operational Tasks Review and conduct data entry procedures (i.e., direct data entry or creation of file uploads) to facilitate input of employment information into the Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Partner to validate accuracy of employee data and employment transactions prior to loading into our HR systems. Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers. Support employee onboarding activities to include initiation and monitoring of background screenings, creation of hire records in the HCM, and processing of E-Verify authorizations.
