TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Madison, Wisconsin

Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Tech Support Representative for a position in Madison, WI. The main responsibility of the Customer Tech Support Representative will be to provide assistance to customers who are experiencing issues with surgical loupes over the phone. This will help to minimize the need for sales representatives to travel to customer sites to address these issues. The Customer Tech Support Representative will be working with multi-line phone systems and iPads to resolve customer issues. Required skills for this position include experience in customer tech support, call center operations, customer service WPM, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in either customer service or technical support. Additionally, they should have experience working with customers and CRM/ERP systems.
