Description
Robert Half is searching for a talented HVAC Draftsman to join our client's team. This exciting opportunity requires a strong command of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, with additional experience in Revit and BIM being highly advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with senior draftsmen, estimators, and project managers to grasp project scope and installation needs, ensuring precise design and production of shop and as-built drawings.
Create detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, tools, and controls using advanced computer-assisted drafting (CAD) technology.
Work closely with team members to design, layout, and detail components and systems, addressing and resolving any design challenges that arise.
Analyze specifications, sketches, and drawings to assess design factors, ensuring compliance with project procedures and maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Requirements
1+ year of drafting experience preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft applications
Experience with Revit and BIM is a plus.
Fast learner, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
